International shipping charges DO NOT INCLUDE the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Please note, OCEAN’S DESIRE SHOP shall not be held liable for any interruption of shipping/delivery service (domestic and international) due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, the following: incorrect or missing address information, the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, customs, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and national disasters, etc.
Once your entire order has been dispatched, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.
Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on international customs / shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.
**During holiday seasons please keep in mind that postal delivery services are busier than usual.
Returns/Exchanges are only accepted in the case of damaged goods.
