SHIPPING

We ship via DHL  for all domestic orders and for all international orders.

All full priced orders will be shipped within 72 hours, 72 hours on weekends. All sale orders will be shipped within 72 hours, not including weekends.

Please allow an estimate of 15 to 20 business days for delivery worldwide. Also, please note tracking is limited once a package hits a destination post.

Once your entire order has been dispatched, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.

Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on international customs / shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

**During holiday seasons please keep in mind that postal delivery services are busier than usual.

RETURNS

Please contact a Customer Service Representative at info@oceansdesire.com with a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange plus your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours, during our normal business hours.

When returning postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via DHL and purchase tracking services for your protection. Please provide tracking information in email of return/exchange request to info@oceansdesire.com.

Save the shipping receipt for your records. *Please note: Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed.

You will receive an e-mail notification upon the receipt of your return, provided that your e-mail address is included on your return/exchange mail to info@oceansdesire.com.

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

 Personalized Items cannot be returned or exchanged.
